He said that, according to the 2008 election manifesto, the mindset gap in setting up business centers within universities has been bridged today by setting up incubator centers among universities after setting up high-tech parks across the country. Today, 13,000 young people are working in 9 high-tech parks in Bangladesh. The Prime Minister will inaugurate the incubator today with a world-renowned Nokia phone Made in Bangladesh.
